My point was proven though, other members fear their investment is a chicks car. If not 88 posts in 6 hours simply wouldn't have taken place of people defending their position and sometimes feeling uneasy and angrily telling me not to get an s2k or telling me to buy a car you deem more girly.

Personally im still pretty set on buying an s2k so if any of you want to have a meet up in ny once i get an s2k and talk about how were getting bloaded or how matching our purses to our shoes isn't as easy as the man thinks then hit me up.

an s is not a chick car, its a chick magnet but not a ckick car. when you get a female in your s do a donut or hit v-tec and they'll never want to get off. advice is from experience.

and dont worry about what others say. lots of people wish they could have an s. but since they cant, they talk smack...

true story...

They'll never want to get off
That doesn't sound good.
I enjoy it.

Bold statement was made to me as i am searching to purchase an S2k. Just got approved for a loan and im at work and they didn't even say it to my face. A friend walked by a girl who was talking about it amongst other chicks and told me. I know people are going to jump out and deny it but you drive the car. My question is how many people in social situations will say "oh isn't that a chick car?" or friends tease you. I'm just curious. thanks!
Firstly, I've never really understood what it means that a car is a "chick car" but whatever. I'll reserve my political rant...

Your actual question is impossible to answer because it depends on the people in your life. No friend has teased me about the car and virtually all of my co-workers know nothing about the car. One actually said that the Solstice was a better/sexier car than mine. Personally, I find the enjoyment of the car far outweighs anything anyone could say. Just sitting in the driver's seat still gives me a shit-eating grin.

If you think that people calling it a chick car or teasing you is going to be problem for you, find a way to let it roll off your shoulders or you're going to miss out on a kickass automotive experience.

Are you so insecure in your masculinity that you need to compensate for it with your automobile?

I didn't think so! Just buy the damn car.

You will get some attention from girls... but mostly guys wanting to race your "Honda 2000."

Seriously though... I can't believe you are worried what your co-workers will say. If you like the car, get it.

Ok... time for this thread to disappear:

"S2kCA!!!"

That doesn't work any more. A truce has been declared.
