what are some things you guys like better about the S2k so when people try to compare the two i got something to say.

I test drove an 08 Sti a few months back. One word to describe the experience...

BORING.

The torque felt great, but everything else felt numb. The steering was extremely light and the body roll was a bit too much. I still like them, and plan on trading in my wife's CR-V for one.

 

There is no comparison. I own both and hands down my STi beats my S2K in every performance aspect. The S2k makes up for it with great looks, excellent handling and when the top goes down there's nothing better at double the price.

 

STis and EVOs are boy racer cars....and sadly, with prices on used S2000s steadily falling, they will fall into the hands of more clueless teenagers

 

i dont think so...clueless teenagers will buy WRX and NEON...they are *faster* than s2k..so clueless teens will buy them because they are *fast*

 

Tell them not to compare. totally different cars IMO.

ill get my hands on an s2000 one day
they are gorgeous and according to this whole forum they have superb handling...i could go on for a while
