A. he will just get his big brother with 2 tatoos tear drop next to his eye (means served jail time) and start a fight one on one

C. get all his little friend with watch you and jump you when you are not lookin
D. Have you arrested for touching a minor, now you are a registered SEX offender

E. Have you arrested for Kid napping... You did hold a CHILD against his will to leave
You are now a american adult, dealing with a hispanic child and can do no wrong until 18
next time he ####s around... use your cell phone call the police.... let the police detain the child

well, considering it is illegal to "brandish" a weapon, real or not, the kid broke the law. Letting him know that kind of behavior is not tolerated will do more good for him than shrugging it off ever could.

Yah you prolly did the right thing. If I did that when I was 12 my dad would have given me a few slaps on the ass with the belt in front of the car owner. Course you are not allowed to do that anymore, which is one of the reason why there are so many punk kids running around the place IMO.

Usually, I would try to scare the crap out of the kid. I would pretend to call the police and mind torture him for an hour. Depending if he learn his lesson, then I would call the police and have their parents pick them up from the police station. haha.
Yes, kids will always be kids. But a lot of behavior are rooted from young age. You have to let them know that its wrong, or else they might grow up and point a real gun at a car someday. You know what happen when I put a unlite cigarette in my mouth? My dad picked his sandal and took a wack at the back of my head. Guess what? I don't smoke.

If he's only 12, then no, you shouldn't beat his ass. I would have pressed charges though; I'm sure his parents would have contacted you wanting to give you money to drop them. Or maybe he was on the path to being a "homie" anyways and wouldn't care. I have no respect for Mexicans after living in NM (near El Paso) for 4 years....
