S2K vs Mexican Kid
Here is a story I thought I would share....
I was pulling out of my friends driveway, waiting for an opening so that I could go home. While I was waiting for the cars to clear up I see a group of 12 year olds walking on the sidewalk. As they walk past my car this Mexican kid pulls out an airsoft gun (orange marked tip) I thought whatever he's trying to be bad in front of his friends. He then cocks the gun and fires a shot directly at my passenger door. At this point I jump out of my car and chase him down. I drag his ass back to my car and phone the cops. The whole time he is on his knees crying, pleading, begging for me not to. The cops show up I tell them I don't want to press charges since he was only twelve, but just wanted to scare his ass a little.
So what do you guys think?
Good decision or
A. BEAT HIS ASS
B. Pressed charges
Yes the bb made a nick on my driver side quarter panel but decided I could probably get it off with a polish.

you did the rite thing. dont hit him, hes only 12 and no doubt his parents would sue the pants off you.

To the OP: You did the right thing. I'd hate to have to eat the loss for the damage of the car, but as I didn't grow up with a lot of money, I wouldn't take the money from his parents. I'd tell them about their kid, though.
