Default S2K protest at Honda headquarters

I know I don't live there to do this but since Southern Cali probably has the largest amount of S2K's anyone good with the idea of driving there with signs to protest Hondas current direction with sportscars?

Maybe if any of the S2Ki people have media connections we could get some news coverage as well?

We've all grumbled online but maybe just maybe some embarrassment would get their "pride" back.

Not sure if any of you out there still care but I think it's worth a shot.

He was speaking about the lack of anything sports-car like comming from Honda, peiod. Not just the S2K. If I read that right anyways

They would build one if there was demand. Dont need to protest. Vote with your wallet.

Seems like an odd thing to protest about directly to the company. I'm sure if they could make money from it, they would build it.

Your enthusiasm is great, but with Uehara gone I'm not sure any sports car would be the same from Honda. On another note...the Honda Beat rumor is going around. From what I have gathered Honda has always been a little behind the sport car movements. They seem to be behind the ball at first, and when they finally get it rolling, they take thier sweet old time (which is a good thing really, Honda's reliability takes alot of R&D).

I think a better idea would be gathering input and using all of the sites members...putting an idea down on paper so to speak, design and what not and submit it to honda. Graphic artists renderings and what not.

I think instead of a protest, there should be one big Honda Meet that would compose S2ks, NSXs, Integras, RSXs, Civic Si, and the like. that way, Honda would see how much support they have from the Sport Compact community.
