S2K Newb with a few unanswered questions
#11
I am perfectly comfortable in my S on long trips.. I've gone about 400 miles at once with no problems.. my typical journey is ~50 miles and after maybe the first month, I have never been uncomfortable (the seating position is more upright than I was used too.. took my back a bit to get used to it.) Its not cramped.. it just fits like a glove. I recommend going to a dealer and just sitting in the car for 20-30 min.
The trunk is big for a roadster, but its not too deep, and the spare tire gets in the way... and the opening isn't too deep either. Wide suitcases will not fit (like the classical suitcase style will not fit, but the narrow type with wheels will fit in smaller versions). Things like golf bags fit very easily.. you would probably fit two. If you pack with multiple smaller bags, you can fit a whole lot.. plus the roof doesn't take any trunk space so you can cruise top down on trips.

Awesome, thanks guys.
I have no problem with the clutch in traffic. I drive in the worst traffic know to man everyday and I never think about the clutch bothering me, and I'm sure the S2K clutch is lighter than the SRT.
I don't really want to get a used STI, because the 07 has the stuff I want, so ill end up always wanting that one. And the EVO is to hardcore for DD IMO, or at least the roads I drive on everyday. Plus I think that car just has a cheap feel to it. The S2K is Honda's flagship, how could you go wrong. The quality has to be insane.
I'm going to try and find a used 04-05 at a dealer around here and test drive it.
Thanks again,
Matt
