Snap overstink! I love it! 
They're all great but I'd lean towards a 2003. If you don't have a great deal of RWD experience the 2006 would be by far the best for you IMO. The 2006 very well might keep the snap overstink from biting you in the butt.

I just don't want to get a s2000 and be sorry were other cars would be smoking. Lol want am I talking about other cars will always smoke me. I just feel like getting a really fast s2000. Lol don't really know what I am talking about it. was thinking about getting 04. and y a 98.

Huh??Look, the bestestttt year is the one you get. AP1 and AP2 are great. Just go out, don't get in over your head, and buy the best car you can afford.
REMEMBER, save enough money for FI and it WILL be the best year no matter what!

If you're looking for a car that you won't get smoked by other cars, you need a reality check. There are lots of cars that will smoke an S2000. And for every one of those cars, there will be lots of cars that will smoke them. You need another way to measure your manhood.
