why don't they ever do 0-60 times on any car from a complete stop with no clutch dropping?...and on a side note..what exactly is a ricer?..i've been getting too many different definitions...

if you dont drop the clutch for 0-60 times or any other performance times your not getting accurate times as to the cars full potential its pretty much common sense
think about it letting the clutch like your driving in normal everyday conditons woudl cost you like 2 seconds at least
so how can you rate a cars time on letting the clutch out normal then nailing it ??

They do 0-60 times like they do 1/4 mile times - optimized to get the best time for the car. This never happens without doing a clutch drop - the only question is what RPM to drop the clutch from. To answer your other question I'll modify an old supreme court quote - "I can't define a ricer but I know one when I see one".
