Boredom while waiting for part 2 made me wander around the FT86 forum thread regarding this video and found this...

That is so bomb.

 

I haven't done the legwork to see where this video is posted elsewhere online, but I hope it is promoted well. I think it's a great video that would be a shame to not get the exposure it deserves.

I especially liked the portion with the S2000 on a lift, though having an FRS/BRZ on a lift for comparison would have been great. I think the old "Insideline" on Edmunds used to do a suspension walk-around that was very popular. I certainly would use the lift for future videos.

 

Agreed with 6Sigma on the profanity although having watched other videos produced by these folks, it was not a surprise to me. Overall it was enjoyable to watch and I especially appreciated the near absence of hooning in this Part 1.

**Very slight and constructive criticism** At many points in the video, I thought to myself "Boy this guy really doesn't like either of these cars" due to the generally disappointed way that the host talks and sounds. It wasn't the entire video, but I got the feeling that he was not sincerely excited or passionate about any aspect of either car. That may just be a personality thing, but a little more enthusiasm from an enthusiast's review would seem fitting. Just my $.02 (for the record, I've never done any sort of review that might be visible to millions of folks so kudos to continuing to put these videos out there).
