S2000 vs FRS (GT86 BRZ) Full Review | Part 1 of 2


The S2000 inspired this entire project after finally getting back inside one after so many years.
After about 2 months of planning we bring what we hope is the best 86 vs. S2000 comparison on the internet to date. Part 1 covers the history of both cars and just how similar the goals were but just how differently they turned out.

Part 2 will be released in September covering the full performance aspects of the cars on track.

I had a point about how the car was driver limited I cut out and left it simple. S2000 demands some respect for sure. Thanks!


I was doing research on NSX and so many links and articles about the car had people doing the dumbest things to the car. That was one guy's build was so absurd I included it for the stupidity factor.

Yeah, thats what it boils down to with the S2000, and why it has held up so well.


Ha ha yeah its not some hipster crap, loved all the 80s and 90s movies. Aliens shirt was in there too for the Sulaco. Odd did not plan it that way.

Saw expendables3. Had so much potential. PG13 watered it down to the point where it was not all that fun.
