Default S2000 Vandalism

I have a Silver S2000 and where i work there is a very large parking area and i have someone vandalism my vehicle. He does it by small scratch that he tries to make look like normal wear..Does anyone have any good ideas on how to catch this person?

So someone has done this to your car more than once? Park the car where it's visible from your building so the person may be less likely to go over to it, get an alarm with proximity sensor and pager alarm so you can catch the person in the act! Better yet...take the day off, camp out in the parking lot in the car, covered in a black sheet for stealth with a baseball bat....alternately you could perch on an adjacent building roof with a sniper rifle and wait...

I do not advocate the last option, just an idea.

even if you catch him in the act, the cops wont do anything if hes "Accidentally" hitting your car with his door.
my neighbor did the same to me and while i do think it was a accident, when he wouldnt pay up, i called the cops.

cops came, told me it was a civil matter since there was no crime and it being on private property and that i could file a small claims suit for it.

park somewhere else.

I have a different vehicle I could drive to work for every day of the work week. A beater car pays for itself the first time it saves your nice car from being hit in a bad parking lot.

or you could just work from home and keep an eye on the car through your bay window across from the kitchen table you work from.

There are roughly 5K that work at my particular campus of the company, and we have security patrol on the parking lots...even with that, it's nice to know the car is not exposed to the climate, vandals, or most importantly: idiots.

Use the car as bait, maybe even leave the top town. Ask a friend if you can camp out in their car for the day that is parked closely to your S2000 with a clear view. Once the person comes by and touches your car approach them with a baseball bat and beat them in their knees til they drop to the ground them stop on their fingers with your foot. This should take care of your problem.
