Default S2000 T top??

I was talking to one of my friend today, and he told me that honda's coming out with a T top s2000 just like the how the del sol is, and he said he read it in Sport Compact magazine. Normally I would believe him, but he swears to buddha, and he never lies when he swears. I still don't really believe him, so I was wondering if any of you have read anything like that in sport compact mag, or heard anything about this...

He made have indeed read such a story, but it's probably based on unfounded rumors. I doubt very seriously if such a body style will be built, especially when it sounds like Honda is selling all the convertibles it can make.

Remember the adage:

No, it's "have of what you read and none of what you hear".

I always heard the the del sol called a targa top. When I hear t-top I think of firebirds (and such) that still have a non-removable strip that runs from the front windsheild/roof area to the back roof. BTW, I seriously doubt we'll see a t-top or targa version of the S2000...despite the rumors your friend read.

Zero chance of that happening.

But it's on the internet, so it must be true

It is going to happen. Just ask the top janitor at American Honda. It is the only way Honda could put in a glass rear window.

Hmmmm, maybe they are making the Targa Top as an option for the Hard Cover?
