hey MRII ... wonder if you have any idea where to get the oem rims in singapore? or how much they would cost .... I have been trying to source for them in Australia but they are really expensive ... 900 per piece .... I would be coming back to singapore the next hols .. so I was wondering if you have any ideas?

either that or I was going to buy some tires and bringing them back with me ...

Oh I thought that the s2k in singapore was about 200k no? Ulysses and MRII? roughly how much did you guys pay? I was thinking of shipping my s2k back to singapore .. but then again the Aus Spec version is 6-10hp less than the jap spec ... sighs ... of course that all depends on the cost .. considering the COE and the lowering of the import and ARF ...

The initial launch of the S2000 2 years ago was selling at 220k ... since the Yen has devalued, the OMV has decreased too and yes the tax has drop a little .......the current pirce is at about 170- 180k (POA).
When are you dropping by?
I believe our spec is similar to yours ........ we do not have the JDM specs ........ which are tailored for 100RON petrol, correct me if I am wrong.

seeya soon

Well, I should be dropping by (or so called dropping back) for hopefully a short time in Sept. Its quite rare to catch a few glimpses of the S2k in sg no doubt, thats really great to see a few members on this board then. Haha back here in Perth, I do not know of any member yet, although there are quite a few s2k's hovering about.

Not too sure about the Singapore Specs, but I am pretty sure that it is better one than the Aus Spec, because in Aust, we have the minimum premium rating of 95 RON. In sinagpore, all the stations stock at least 98 in the PULP, the V POwer and other "top" end fuels have the same 98 RON, just with more additives. This allows the manufacturer to put in a fuel map that would cater to the 98, unlike the 95 here, hence my conclusion. But of course, that was what I was told by someone, could be really far off the mark.

Neither I nor Isabelle would be going back to Singapore anytime soon, but we'll love to have a look at your cars when we do get back. If any of you are dropping by in London, I'll be happy to show you mine.

Welcome on board. We are trying to get all the owners together ..... probably 14 there about. The current price POA is about $180 - 190k, depending on the COE.

Nice car you have there .... yeah keep up the zaino, 4 more coats to go
