-> Or even better, get an EP3 (2004-06 Si) as your "Beater" in style, more practical interior wise and no (high-maint.) leather.
-> Or if you want an old school, get a "OG Fit", the Civic Wagovan (if you can find one) or a DA3/DB2/DC2 Integra. With these cars mentioned, you'll save a lot of money in the long-run.
-> An S2000 is too great to be compared to a mere RSX, IMO...

The back seats in an RSX suck unless you plan to only put small kids back there. There is more room in the hatch than in an S2000 trunk but that's the only real benefits of an RSX over an S2000.

I've ridden in the back of an RSX-S several times. It was always a horrid, cramped ride.

Having recently switched from a very well prepped RSX Type-S to the S2000 (My "Intro" thread), I don't think I'd ever switch back. I loved my RSX but the S2000 is simply just a joy to drive. The ONLY reason why I think anyone should consider going the other way is for the added space in the back (I can no longer just stuff my track wheels and tools in the back like I used to) but it pretty much ends there.
