The MINI Cooper Hasn't been out for 5 years yet(at least in the states.) I'm not sure if it has been out that long in the UK.

An '00 S2000 purchased in fall '00 *should* be worth $17,000~ in fall '04, according to this, and that seems to pretty much make sense based on what they're selling for now.

I'd say its fairly accurate.

Finally some decent proof. I'm so sick of reading on this board how prices of the S2000 are plummeting. 2000 S2000's still get more than $20k.

pretty interesting that in the top 10, all but one are imports and in the bottom 10 all but 2 are domestics

That whole chart is crap.
The following vehicles -
BMW Z8
Mini Cooper
Lexus SC430
Honda S2000
- have not even been produced for 5 years so how on earth can they give a value other than an estimate.
