read ur owners manual first but, its basically common sense. i wouldnt rev past 4.5k no hard downshifting. i know when on the highway dont stay at a steady speed but, dont go to fast just accel/decel often.

I patiently waited through the 600 miles of no 5000+ revs and granny driving, and I just rolled 4000 miles without having to add any oil at all, so I guess I would recommend following proper break in.

Of course, that all depends on how you are going to treat it in the long run....

well if You cant wait then go ahead and VTEC already for just one run and that it. I VTEC a few time before break it and it ok. There car is good and ready already. Factory they have to test the engine already any way and when they put in the car, the odometer read 0 mileages but the engine is not. hahahah

after 600 I VTEC once a week until I get to 1000mi then I can VTEC when ever i want
