S2000 Missing

I would imagine it would be simple to put "roller skates" on the frame (near each wheel), each with a small hydrolic jack... then just push you car down the street to a flat bed...doubt any alarm is going to prevent that.

I still want to see this 1-2-3 thing your saying since Locash has been tinkering with my 2000 ITR ecu immobolizer and he had a hard time doing it. and still it is not working right. I also had some people look at it who has been doing ecu rechip'n and they said the same thing. "there are no wires you can short or cut to bypass it.. you need to go in and remove the immobilizer". There is a chip you need to remove then jumper has to be installed..

I live nearby Newark, NJ, highest car thief rate in the US.
I've had my Nissian stolen and my ex g/f had her Lexus stolen... Sux living in NJ.
In my opinion, the best defense in preventing S2000 thief (as a community) is to drive the demand for 2nd hand parts down. This means buying panels and parts from dealers or private owners, not from shady corner alley chop shops or even EBay. Of course you can't prevent joy riders or exporters shipping your car outside the country.
Just my $0.02........
