yea... dont do anything to her car... cuz she'll juss key the hell outta considering how she talks about your car.... tell your friend that she is a guest and you dont care that she dont pay rent even though shes there 24/7 but you guys had an agreement that he would take the bigger room if and only if you had the space right infront of the apartment... if she wants to park there tehn talk all the sheit out of his room and move into the bigger room and say fek u!! oh yea and get a car cover after that lol....
one more thing... is there any garages you can rent on the property?? that might be one thing to look into
