the problem is not with the girl, it's with your friend. he has violated the agreement. talk to your friend and come to an agreement. either give you your parking space, or rent the space from you.

You need to have a serious talk with your roomie. It sounds like you're a pushover.. AND THEY KNOW IT.

I agree with the others, grow some juevos. I wouldn't have her car towed until it is the last result. You STILL have to live with your roommate. I would talk to him first. If that doesn't work, then you have to take matters in your own hands. It's not about who paid what, it's about respect.
