ok this is the story
i moved into apartment with my friends in riverside since we both go to school here
and when we were moving in we made an agreement that my friend gets the bigger room and i get the parking spot with roof right front of our room
first 2 months were cool
discovering new things in new city
but things started to get worse and worse everyday since my friend gets a GF
she pretty much come to my place everyday
well let's say she lives there pretty muchnow( she doesnt pay nothing ) no utility nor rent
she parks her car at my spot
so everytime i get home from class i have to park my car way out there without roof
i was getting mad over this day by day going into my car that is all heated up by the sun shine everyday gets all sweat and i see all the dust all over my car and this thing fell off from the tree and dissolve the paint (it wont even come off by polishing it)
so one day i told her
this is my spot and i want you to park her car somewhere else
and what she replied with made me exploded all my grudges
she said
so what ??? my car is MERCEDEZ BENZ
i was like OH MY GOD
her mercedez is C230 but i swear to god i would choose my car over her little Cclass mercedez anytime
so i need to buy a car cover just to keep my car clean now

Your problem isn't with your roomie's GF. It's with your roomie. You had a deal with him, and he's violated it.

Let him deal with his GF. If he won't, then he should expect to give you the bigger bedroom AND you should park you car in the spot when available to even the score.

Another possible solution: Find some full page stickers with really good glue, and stick one on her window. Write in big bold letters, "Park somewhere else". If the stickers are a bitch to remove, she'll get the hint pretty quickly. You can try a Fed-Ex label, but I think that would be too easy to remove. Try something that rips to pieces when removed.
