the s2000 is constantly rated very high by most critics... i dont remember seeing a review which rated the 350z higher... reliability has been great with the s2000 also... the s2 looks more like a race car... the z looks like it weighs so much... get the s2 if u wanna be unique, get the Z if ure just an ordinary joe.

yeah baby!

Sounds like me about 2 months ago.
I had choice between 350z, RX8 and S2000.

Test drove all three, took about another month to decide. At the end, I bought S2000 becase I always loved the car since day one, and S2000 was most driver oriented car of them all. Convertible factor was another thing.

350z was quick off the start due to plenty of low end torque but it felt heavier and didn't handle nearly crisp as S2000.

When I got back into S2000 for final test drive, I just knew S2000 was the car for me. Design is classy, technology is superior and it was simple to the point of elegance.

S2000 is where its at.

hey,
the 350z is heavy and everyone is buying them. Where I live I see a lot more 350z on the road instead of s2000. The cars are not made as well as a honda! Honda is the best car made now and i would only get rid of my s2000 for a nsx! This is my opinion though; I would buy a real car (honda s2000)! Also the s2000 gets more attention from everyone.

With all due respect to the Z, I believe they've fixed the tire feathering, bounce, and radio issues for the 2004.5 cars.

I can't believe how many Zs I'm seeing these days, however. It's just like the Mustang now.

They have not solved the tire problem on the Z. I know because I had one and traded it in on a S2000. Best thing I ever did. If you dont believe me go to the 350Z forums and read 90!!!!plus pages concerning this problem-amonst others!!

Can't stand the V6 exhaust and engine notes on the 350Z so that would be off that list really quick for me.
