I recieved a set of BYS lowering seat rails today. It took me about an hour to install them.
You will need a 14mm socket, a 12mm socket, a 17mm socket, a phillips head screwdiver and a 10mm hex driver. (That's a HUGE hex, it was the biggest one I had.)
Use the 12mm and the 14mm sockets to remove the seat belt latch and the lower half of the seat.
Next the lever that reclines the seat needs to be removed. It is pulled straight off (toward the front of the seat) It's tight, but it can be removed. Then remove the two phillips head screws that hold the plastic cover on. Then it slides forward and off. Finally remove the OEM rails from the seat back by removing two bolts on the left side and one nut on the right side.
In the kit there are two new split washers and two 17mm nuts. Use them to reattach the rail to the back near the reclining lever. Use the new cap screw on the right side of the seat back to the rails.
Reattach the plastic cover using one of the oem screws on the rear of the cover, and the new screw on the front of the cover.
Then reattach the seat bottom using the OEM hardware, and reattach the seatbelt latch.
Once reinstalled into the car, the seat will not slide easily because it will drag on the carpet on the floor.
Overall, I am very happy with the result.

At Wake the Dragon 2006, I experienced some overheating issues. I didn't like it at ALL, so I decided to install some cooling mods.
I drained all the coolant out (or at least most of it.)
Then replaced the OEM thermostat and OEM fan switch with the Spoon parts.
I bled the cooling system per the manual and once complete, installed the Spoon Radiator cap. I took the car out for a quick ride to make sure everything was in order. It did take a little longer to get the car up to temp, but I noticed that it seems to stay cooler.

I ended up with a spun bearing. At about 19,000 mi I was getting a horrible sound from the engine, it was so bad I shut the car down and had it towed home. The next day, after searching S2ki I dropped the oil pan and found this:
I ended up buying a brand new shortblock from Honda and having it installed by "Hondamanwill."
The car was out of warranty by the years, not the mileage.

I decided to put the car back to stock.
I went back to a stock body kit (AP2 rear, but AP1 Front on my AP1.) I left the red seats, but the rest was all put back to black. Stock ride height, stock exhaust (AP2 exhaust.) stock sound system, stock pieces under the hood (no more powder coated pieces.) Stock intake. Stock final drive, stock shifter, stock wheels.
I left he headlights and the TSS wing on the car.

I traded in the car for a 2008 Corvette Coupe.
It is the 3LT model with Z51 Performance Package, Optional Bi-Mode exhaust, Comp Grey wheels, two-tone cashmere/ebony (tan / black) interior, navigation, with the 6sp manual and the painted roof panel.
