Exactly. The S2000 is small, and the digital cluster is an efficient use of space that allows a lot of informaton to be legibly displayed in a small area.

That being said...do it.

a buddy of mine crammed a late 90's camaro dash, door panels, center console and seats into an early 70's camaro....looked great...
just about anything can be done...if you throw enough money at it.

I used to have an RSX Type-S as well. I liked the dash and console, but not sure you can make that work cohesively in the S2k. I have no plans on changing much of anything in my S2k interior. Maybe a new shift boot and eventually some new seats, but that's about it. I love the simplicity of the S2k interior.

Still would be interesting to see if you could make it work though. Good luck!

im pretty sure the rsx dash is much bigger than the s2000's. you want less interior space?

VW guys throw MK4 dashes in MK2's all the time. I don't know much about it, but I would talk to some VW nuts. there crazy enough (in a good way) to try just about anything. I say go for it.

^just a custom cluster. looks nice but i like the stock cluster. i've been spoiled with a digital speed reading.

Yeah, that rocks! That's the only thing I don't like about the S2000 is the dash.

Well, the back end is boring too, but that's just Honda for ya.

I'm actually surprised this is this well received on this forum... usually anything away from the typical mods is considered rice...

One thing I love about the VW crew... creativity and being different is defintily rewarded...

But I hate riced out civics too just as much as the next guy...

Something about a VW CC "Coupe" Slammed on flush on 911 Turbo wheels just makes me all warm and toasty inside.

Eitherway someone above noted that VW people swap dashes all the time... I've seen countless old skool golf's with Audi TT dashes....

A lotta custom work is definitly needed to make it fit! But looks amazing when done

Looks great.

I say if u have the cash, do it... you'd be the first as far as I know.... and I for one would love to see it done!

To be honest, If I had to choose a dash to put in the s2000--- it would be the 4th gen prelude's..... arguably one of the best looking dash's Honda has ever made and the digital gas/temp gauges would flow nicely with the s2000's cluster.
