ROH Adrenaline wheels?
#21
AusS2000: O.K. I'm interested, probably in a 17" made-for-S2K set. Being novice about wheels here are my concerns:
1. Are they at least the same quality as the Honda OEM wheels?
2. Bear in mind that:
(a) I Do Not want to change the car height - clearance from the ground, or the difference in height between the front and rear, and
(b) Not to change the the outside tire (Tyre in Aussi) diameter, then
what size of tires should I use? Honda's specs SO2 are in 16", do they have them in 17"? I suppose PP, or for all- weather driving the Blizaks or Alpine Michelin?
Thanks,
Mike

This was also a concern of mine. I asked about rolling circumference (hence speedo accuracy and performance) and was pointed to this:
Tyre size Calculator
That said, many have commented that the Honda S02 are more like 250 wide at the rear so these figures may be inaccurate.
At the end of the day, once you get the wheel, you take them to a good tyre shop, tell them what you need, give them all the info you've garnered from this board and get them to stick a set of boots on.
In terms of quality, ROH have been making wheels since 1946, exports to 30 countries and has international accreditation. They don't make junk.
