I just bought a new set of powdercoated white rims and unfortunately, due to my carelessness, i've already put a huge scratch on them on the lip of the wheel. Do any of you know if this can me fixedor re-coated, or something? any recommendations on where this can be done in the LA area

Try talking with a local discount tire outlet. They can often recommend someone to repair the wheel.
