On my last service trip requiring a loaner i too was given the white glove treatment...yes you guess it...a P.O.S. Geo Metro from Enterprise. If this isn't the worst car money could buy i would be shocked. I found it hard to use the AC and drive up hill at the same time...the engine sounded like it was racing no matter how much gas i was giving the car. Needless to say i was very upset. My friend who owns a Jetta was given an Expedition as a loaner car. Now that's a little better.
