Ive heard great things about them on the board so not worried what so ever. Ordered s badges, this friday will be 2 weeks ago, paid with credit card online. No emblems, no response to emails, no response to voice mail. Im sure Rick is just busy. No big deal. Ive been told he is on the board so im hoping to get a response here, anyone know his user name so I can try a PM. My car is emblemless and really needs a makeover. Hehe. Wanted to buy a voodoo grip in black but wanna make sure this transaction goes thru first.

"You may check your order status by writing to:
orders@Ricks2k.com
For inquiries, please reference order# 1800-5633-0633"

sent email there no response. Thanks.

PS Site said that emblems ship out in a couple days via priority mail so I am not over reacting.

I ordered a pair of JDM clear diffusers from Ricks....waited for almost a month, still waiting...

Have you tried email Jeff instead of Rick? Atleast he did for me.

yes I'm waiting for my voodoo knob and also emblems too.. but the thing with Rick, he does get his stuff sent out... I had other stuff ordered and I received them all within the week. So maybe for those custom made things it might take a little bit longer. So if you're ordering anything like that, just give it some time, I'm pretty sure he didn't forget about us. Run a search on s2ki, there are lots of good things about him and the thing he makes. You guys should try to royal oil and the LE 607 diff oil!!! works great... the royal oil was leaking in the box but it was packaged very good that nothing spilled out!!!

I'm glad to hear that it isn't just me.
I ordered an engraved pearl magnum Voodoo knob and billet antenna. I received a non engraved Voodoo knob instead, and no sign of the antenna and no replies yet to my emails. Oh well, patience is a virtue I guess.

Recently received the leather headrests and Voodoo shift knob.

Turnaround was less than two weeks for the headrests, a little longer for the shift knob.

Quality is excellent, everything was as promised.

Love both the headrests - unobtrusive, about 1/2" between my head and the headrest in normal driving position, that is to say perfect fit.

The shift knob also is great, shorter throw, looks great (Aluminum, Pearl) -- perfect match for the '04 radio cover and console.

Anyone try to call. I left a message when I ordered some stuff and got a call back within a couple days. I am sure they do a few other things besides the Auto stuff. That is why it takes a couple days to get back. I ordered my badges and they had them in stock. Got them within the week. I am sure if you ordered something that has to be sourced out it would be 4-6 weeks. Most everything I buy and build where I work takes that long. Try calling them though. I got a faster response that way.

I have been waiting for my S badges for some time as well. The knobs I got with in a couple of days, they even sent me two so I could see which color I liked better. I guess I just need to be patient.

you don't need to worry at all. when i ordered my shift knob, i waited two weeks a got nothing in the mail, i emailed Rick and got a pretty instant response assuring me it would ship in a couple of days. he told me they ship them according to how many they have in stock, so it all depends on what they have when you order. 3 days later i got an email telling me my knob was being shipped and low and behold it was here 2 days after that.

moral is, be patient. your merchandise will show up
