If I had know it was going to be months I would have replaced the badges with other options since they really look bad. I still have no real idea when the replacement badges might arrive. I will probably put the original Honda badges back on this weekend. I did not want to switch the badges several times however it looks like the best option now.
We are not producing replacement blue badges -- we thought we had reached everyone by email with notification but I guess we missed you. Sorry. We had too few orders for blue badges to justify the rather large investment in another production run -- it was a straight business decision. So we are issuing refunds. Please email me at hesel@artsci.com so we can arrange the refund.

We will check into the other questions. We try very hard to provide good service, but we do fall short of the mark more than we would like.

I haven't had any problems with my Rick's orders, other than them taking quite a long time.

It seems that a lot of the stuff is produced as ordered, and he bills when you place the order, not when the order is shipped.

That being said, the quality of the X-brace, console cover, and clear diffusers I've ordered are very good, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from him again. Just be prepared to wait a while.

Remember people,Rick has a "real" job he takes care of before he works on our accessories.

Thanks for the info on the Blue badges rick. Instead of a refund I seem to remember a thread where someone had tried another color badge on the Suzaka blue that actually looked quite good. I think it was Black with silver. Is there anyone who can comment on other possible color badges for the Suzaka blue before I decide what to do?

I've ordered lots from Rick, including custom leather items (headrests). I had to have several initial emails and 4-7 followup emails, mostly due to myself making changes or returns (color decisions after receiving). Rick and James have been great. I am currently still waiting for two additional items, but have had email explaining the hold-up. Bottom line, I'd highly recommend Rick's. They have gone beyond the extra mile on my various orders. All email responses have been satisfactory and of a timely fashion, though one or two "non-critical" messages did take several days before receiving a reply.

Well, Rick's came through as promised! I recieved a brand new badge this morning from James Mullins. Took less than a week to get here. I will drop it off to the body shop when I get my hood this weekend. Thanks again Rick and James.

No negative aspersions intended here as I am sure Rick is a great person (and a great company) to deal with.

You should check your dictionary re "officially" though - you'll find it has a different meaning to what you intended here.
