Default Rick's is officialy the BEST company to deal with

I recently had a front end accident in which my Rick's "S" badge fell off. I emailed Rick inquiring on the price to purchase a single badge. To my surprise, he replied that he would send me one at no charge!!!

I have always heard great things about his company, and was MORE than satisfied with the product quality and look. But this totaly blows me away. To anyone who is considering doing buisness with him.... fear not!!! There are very few if any sellers out there who will treat you like Rick.

Thanks again Rick!!!

I couldn't agree more. My car looks more like a "Ricks" S2000 than a Honda.

I agree, Ricks is of awesome quality, but so is MUZ. I had ordered a shift knob which came in with a slight glaze and scratch. He didn't hesitate to send me a brand new one free of charge very quickly. Give it up for the awesome board sponsors.

I wish I could share your enthusiasm, but I can't. I've spent over a thousand bucks on Rick's stuff, and still get treated with the same poor service I always did.

Word to the wise: if you order any of the custom leather stuff, be prepared to wait way too long for it and to receive snide email replies, if you get any at all, when asking about shipping status. And when you finally get it, be shocked if it actually fits the way it's supposed to.

Bummer is that the stuff he sells is pretty much the only game in town for decent cosmetic mods, so I guess we're stuck with Rick.

WOW...I can't believe a it; a negative remark about Rick. I have had nothing but GREAT experience with him and the company. I have purchased the badges, which look great, and the leather console cover. All without any problems.

I don't know if it is a negative remark or not but I am still waiting for the Rick's replacement badges for the Suzaka blue that turned out to be the wrong color. I thought it was great customer service when he offered to replace them free of charge however I have been given several different stories on when the replacements are coming. If I had know it was going to be months I would have replaced the badges with other options since they really look bad. I still have no real idea when the replacement badges might arrive. I will probably put the original Honda badges back on this weekend. I did not want to switch the badges several times however it looks like the best option now.

first order was great! shipped out the same day I ordered, got my leather console/shift boot into Germany 4 days later. The fit was ok; seemed like the console had been used on another car already though, but it looks good, reasonably priced, and arrived quickly.

my second order... badging, shift knob, brake lines, and bleeders... i'm still waiting for. the brake components were sent separately and arrived within two weeks, but it's been a month waiting for the rest of the stuff... no responses by service either. guess the badging is taking time.
