What's with Rick's? How many times must I email him about my order to get some info? I was charged on my credit card for all the items but haven't received them all. Is it too much to ask to be informed of where the items are? Are they shipped? No? Perhaps? Geez, I was CHARGED for them. Not a great way to do business. Guesss I will have to dispute the charges with VISA and let ol' Rick hash it out. This gets old after 3 emails and NO repsonse.

I think you are being a bit overzealous when it comes to this. Have you done a search on the forum?

Most of the stuff from Rick's is made to order, so it takes a while. Some of the things (like the badges) get shipped out right after the order is made.

I have two suggestions....

1. Take a deep breath.
2. Relax, so you don't look like an ass. Especially when you obviously didn't read the shipping terms on his site. Here...because it was so hard to see before...

Rick's a stand up guy and if you would search the forum you would see that it takes some time to get your items and emails returned.

Rick is out of town until later this month.

Do you think he took the money from your order and ran? Read the terms you agreed to when you made the purchase and that might clear up some of your confusion.

Rick is an honest stand-up guy. Maybe you should have a little more patience.

rick is one of us... a member who has a real job, but who also makes great custom products for our cars.
plenty of us rick fans here-
sometimes it takes awhile to get an order. but it is always worth waiting for-

Agreed - I orderd my diffusers last week and had an email this morning stating that they would ship Saturday the 21st. First class company!

I KNEW IT!!! RICK took the money you sent in for those badges, and escaped to Hawaii!!!! that guy!!! hahaha

Rick is a awesome dude, who decided to make some products for us owners. He has a real job, and a real life *unlike some of us here... * (referring to either the life or job)

Be patient. It is well worth it...

I've always gotten good service from Rick. Haven't always gotten my order quickly, but he has always replied to my email inquiries and he even shipped me a new windscreen (at no charge) after I posted a message about my detailer destroying the one that was installed.

Be patient. You won't get any sympathy here.
