For those that can't read Japanese... Here is a way to view the Japanese site. It doesn't work on every page or Japanese text in jpeg or GIF, but it works for straight text.

Use this link and enter the Honda's Japan's website were it says translate a Web page and hit the button.

or just click this link:

Well, all I could find from that site is a conversion kit to fit the 02 soft top to a 00/01 model, but it is 200,000 yen...which is 1700.00 with todays exchange rates. Considering we can get a hardtop right now for about $2000, it is a less attractive offer...

Then again, maybe I am cheap

By the way, my '02 soft top project is only going to cost me $450!!!
You have a pm....If I find you a hardtop for 2k, can you keep me posted on your 02 soft top project?

Surely. I will keep everyone posted. I will even post pictures with the install, that is if I can install the '02 soft top on my '00 model. If not, I will have to turn to Menlo Honda where eimea
get the '02 top installed.

Heh, I was hoping eimea can post some pics.
Well, it's Wednesday and I haven't got my '02 top yet.
I also need to get a 00-02 shop manual. Last time I check
helminc.com they ran out.
I'll post info as soon as I get this done.

Looking forward to hearing how this turns out! I've been thinking seriously about trying this too.
