I did about 150 miles today, and I also have a pretty steep driveway. No scrapes for me.
The "spatterdashes" (black little flaps in front of the front wheels) hang down twice as far.

Jeff, i read this and only at the end realized that it was you

Thats a cool idea, I might look into it, but i just go without front plate as no one here bothers people with NH plates.

I had no idea that you had a garage like that, thats beautiful.

Any chance that I can go for a ride in that other red car someday...

To each his own I guess.
Just putting it out there for your perusal.

I'm interested in what you'd do otherwise? I think the stock plate looks bad, and I need a plate as I'm buds with all the local cops and judges. I can't get called into them.... do not need an excuse to be pulled over.

If you had to have a plate, what would you do?
Last I knew, Cal required a front plate.
I think the stock plate mount looks, umm unattractive too, but if it's you.... go for it.

Now thats what I'm talking about!
That's cool Ckit.
I just went to the streetrod nationals in syracuse last weekend, and saw a couple guys that made electric flipper plats such as yearwood.com, and autoloc.com.
Nobody had a track version like that.
Someday.

You'll have to come over and we'll wake Fang.
Currently the viper truck is down by the city getting oil leaks squared away (by the only vipertech I'd ever let touch it) before the warranty runs out, so the place believe it or not, is kind of empty.
Viper is stock.
Truck is had some mild mods.... about 550hp.
