Default Resolution to spark plug replacement damage! WOW, that was easy!

Recently I posted that I was disappointed with the spark plug replacement, as the service tech had stripped the allen bolts and dinged up the cover. I called the dealership Wednesday after work, at about 5:30. Left a message with the head service manager. He called back about 6:00, listened to my story, never interupted, never got defensive, and said, "I'm going to make it right." I asked if a picture would help, he said "That'd be great." This morning I get an email saying the picture was great, and helped him understand a great deal. He said the parts are not in stock, but will be in Tuesday, and would it be okay if he just shipped them to me! New screws I expected, a new cover, WOW!

Assuming this all actually transpires, I'm giving John Elway Honda Nation in Colorado two thumbs up!

Its nice when you don't have to scream...

Excellent!!
Great to see that they are taking care of you. I am having similar favorable experiences at Honda of Bellevue; they have been very fair regarding a recentpaint warranty issue on my rear bumper.
