Anyone know how to reset the check engine light, or the computer?

To reset the ECU: remove the third 7.5 fuse on the right row from the top down for more than 10 seconds

I assume you are talking about the interior fuse box (under the dashboard on the driverss side), fuse #20 "Starter Signal". Is that right?

Yes, the one on the driver side under the dash.

I don't have the Service Manual with me but clearly remember that it's the third fuse (7.5A) from the top (plugs from harness are at the bottom) on the row right on the edge of the fuse box (not the one on the middle).

I've done it when my check engine light came due to the absense of the catalytic converter.
Make sure you put the key in and turn to on and back to off position and leave the key in.
Yes from the under the dash fuse box locate the blue one mentionted by Pepe.
I will tell you for sure which one when I go home and have time to consult the service manual.
Take the fuse out for about 15-20 second.
Put back the fuse and make sure you are putting it back the same way(not upside down, oddly if you do, it will not work)
Turn the key back on and start the car and the check engine light will go off.
If it does't work try again.
But I or some other people with service manual will make sure which fuse to yank it out.

OK, now I'm much more confused than before...

Is it the third fuse (7.5A) #16 "Back-up" or is it the third 7.5A fuse #20 "Starter Signal"?

And what's the deal about turning the key on? Is removing the fuse (which ever one that is) with the key out not sufficient to reset the ECU?

The key has to be installed because of the immobilizer integration, I think

Ok here is the solid method.
Put the key in and on to off position, leave the key in.
From under the dash fuse box locate the no 25 back up fuse(7.5A), not counting the slots but it is the second fuse on the right side.
Leave it out for 10 second, put the fuse back(the right way, not upside down).
Turn the key-on and the Chk engine light will go off.

Of course to see what have triggered the trouble code you need to bring it to the service and have them decipher the code and also reset the ecu using OBDII scan tool or Honda PGM tester.

I'm getting less confused, thanks.

Just to be sure, the third fuse from the top on the right side is #16 "Back-up" (7.5A), is that the one? (This is from the owner's manual, I don't have the shop manual yet ).

This will reset the ECU, right?

In my case, the Check Engine light isn't on, but I need to reset the ECU for my throttle body install.

Yes it is the 3rd slot from the top.
Also If you look, the top slot is empty, so 2nd fuse will be the one.
