Hey guys,I would really like to know where I could pick up an oem replica front lip or perhaps even a BYS front lip. That would be even better IMO. But I dont know much about this stuff.

Is it possible to get a decent fitting replica lip and does it bolt right on, or would I have to drill some kinda holes in my bumper and such?

I just dont see spending 400 bucks or so on a lip that will probably be distroyed and cracked in a month with my driveway. TIA guys

OEM front lip isn't $400..

imho.. spend the extra money to get the OEM product, and have piece of mind knowing that you won't have to paint it, have potential mismatch coloring/fitment issues, etc....I made the mistake of jumping on a groupbuy a long time ago on an OEM-like front lip for my Civic.. big mistake.. came unpainted, required drilling, and was 3/4"longer on each side...

 

yeah that really sucks. Thats what im worried about. Anyone know where the cheapest place would be to get the real deal oem lip? Only reason I asked is because I was hoping to find something like 100-130 bucks that fit nicely and would not feel bad if it scraped or anything like that.

In a perfect world id like the backyard special lip, but I believe that one runs more expensive and comes unpainted.
