They will need to be filled with body filler. If you decide to do this, you may want to take it to a body shop. They can do it for you.

Blue Bitch 2K-

I've had a crash in my S2000, but you should look at some of the pics in the thread.

In the first two photos (of the carnage) you can see my "Home Shave Job" that I did on the Nose Emblem.

Further down in the thread, you can see a great pic of the "Home Shave Job" on the Tail Emblem.

The next pics after that shows the professional shave job that is replacing my handywork.

For the Front Bumper Cover, I recommend a urethane filler, which is appropriate for the flexible piece.

The holes in the Rear Deck Lid should be welded closed. Then the work is prepped and painted.

In the photos, you can also see that I shaved the side emblems, as well.

I also shaved the Spark Plug Cover by replacing it with a Spoon type. I'll probably machine the lettering off of the stock cover, so that I can use that one later.

When I get the car back, I'll be shaving the H out of the Wheels, and Driver's Airbag Cover!

Some owners shave other things like the antenna, fuel filler door, door handles, and the door and trunk locks.

What are your thoughts? Are you a shaver, or not?

-Pete

Chrome "H" with flames. See ebay.

I tried this recently, but I found that the S didn't cover the holes completely. Did the ones you saw have the holes filled first?

You have to slightly angle the front S to cover the holes perfectly. The rear S will cover them fine if mounted straight.
