At least there are some good plastic welders around these days, with the experience they get on motor bike fairings.
I have a good body shop near me. They charged only a little over $100 to fix quite a few scrapes, mostly on the underside of my bumper, with only a few showing from infront.
They matched the colour perfectly, & it still looks as new 4 years later.

My color is Rio Yellow. When you select that color, the product selection changes to a try-coat. It says it will ship a base coat and a mid coat for that color. A clear coat goes on that. They have all the other stuff for repair, painting and how to videos.

VTBuckeye - I'll shoot you a PM.
I too have a Baysonr lip so I guess I will have the body shop paint and install it when they do the repair on this new damage. Might have to wait for spring. I have to get this thing in storage soon and I doubt the body shop will be able to get it in quickly.

I want a front bumper respray too someday (maybe even the fenders and hood too). And, I'd def get an Xpel Ultimate clear bra installed afterwards to protect that investment and to keep it super shiny and chip-free. Good resprays aren't cheap. Xpel clear bra on the headlights (after polished out) is a good idea too.
