Default removing side strakes.

I was gonna remove my side strakes one day when i took one off and noticed theres a white plastic piece that the strake uses to snap into. well i didnt want to remove them if there would be a hole where this plastic piece was. so my question is, is there gonna be a hole? and yes i do know that there will be a slight discoloration. also these are the factory side strakes.

Thanks,
Cone

In fact, there will be TWO holes on EACH side plus a length of rubber fender trim that was cut off the do the install. The one hole, you've already seen (after you remove that white thing). The other hole is on the underside of the car and will have to be filled with silicone seal (or whatever).

Check this webpage:
http://www.handa-accessories.com/s2000-04.html

Scroll down to the Side Strakes and you'll see a PDF file to download that shows how they are installed. You will have one visible hole on the side skirt and another that is at the bottom that can't be seen unless you look for it.
