Ryan, go to the auto parts store and buy some Xenit or Tarminator by Stoner It should deal with the left over adhesive in no time. Try to minimze leaving the stuff on the paint for too long and when you're done give it a good coat of wax.
Thanks JP! See you tonight!

Do you think silverstone w/a CF hood looks better with or without the tape? I'm getting the hood and spoiler in CF and am considering removing the tape. I'm keeping the soft top so I was thinking that the black tape flows better than the breakup of Hood/silverstone windshield/soft top.

What chu think?

Hmmmm....what about the bug begone stuff? Clarbaring may clean it up to, but you would probably gunk up your claybar. Hmmm...when I pulled my tape I had no real gunk left...strange...granted my car was about a month old then

So with respect for the tape. I think it looks better without the tap top down, but probably better with the tap top up. With a HT...removing the tape looks SOOOO much better. Hmmm...for the cf hood try photoshopping a tapeless car's hood black and see what it looks like to you.

I didn't wash the car with it

Just applied it to a cloth and wiped the glue off with it. Then wash and wax the area.

Windshield Tape Formula:

Black soft top/hard top = Tape ON

Body colored top = Tape OFF
