Refunding warranty?
Well, I've heard many numerous stealership stories.. i was wondering if I should just cash back my 100K miles warranty.. I Currently have around 41K on MY02 right now..is this possible or i just heard rumors somewhere?

If you mean the HondaCare warranty, then yes you should be able to cancel that and get a refund of the outstanding amount - although they do stiff you on it (no surprise there then )

Bought my 05 in October (3 months ago) with the HondaCare warranty. About 3 weeks ago I read here that ANY modifications will void that warranty... needless to say I went back to my dealer and requested a refund. What sucks is that I live in New York so first they are going to prorate me according to miles driven, then there's a $25 processing fee, and get this, because I purchased the car and warranty in New York, I get a lovely 10% penalty per month of the contract price deducted from the amount they are already gonna stiff me on
Seeing as how you have 41k miles on your car, if you used that warranty for any reason whatsoever, I believe you are not entitled to any refund.
