I have the S as a daily driver and I can't even find something to complain about, even if I had wanted to. The only thing you can really complain about if it comes to the point is the lack of space; but obviously if you move big things around quite often, and you wanted this car as a daily driver, you probably should have rethought your options in my opinion. Just having 2 seats isn't bad, especially if you have a significant other (snug cabin). The soft top isn't bad...from what I remember hearing, we have the fastest motor for the soft top (I think 5 seconds to convert completely?). Overall, I love this car. The gas mileage is great, and its a fun little car to whip around on the nights you feel a little crazy. I've owned this car for almost 2 years now, and every time I get in, I get that same adrenaline rush as I had the first day I bought this car. I'd say you're in good hands

The S2000 definitely isn't a car for everyone. But hey! If you start hating the car in 6 months? You could always sell it. You shouldn't over analyze the situation

If you're a sports car person, you're a sports car person. If you aren't a sports car person (like your family members seem not to be), you'll never be able to imagine dealing with one.

Do we get sick of the inconvenience of using this car as a daily driver? Well, it

The ride is a bit less harsh, and they seem to be less prone to "whoops" moments where you need someone to flip you back over.

The S is my daily driver and I absolutely love it. It could be faster but I never get tired of it. It looks so awesome...like how can't you think, "Wow I'll be driving that when I get back!"

As far as the soft top...I have a hardtop and I think it's a very wise purchase. I plan to use this car for years and it's a nice thing to have in the winter. Have fun with it and be safe
