Yes, I'm pretty sure I've seen some FAQ on how to install one..you're talking about the tower bar right?? Anyways, I think anyone of the Japanese like Spoon or Cusco should have something..maybe Comptech too..I think i remember seeing one on their website..

Note: even though the faq says the bars are 155 each, this was when 1RandyC purchased them. I just checked the site, and they are up to 172.50 each.
Regarding cdelena's comments - not sure, Randy? are you out there? What are your feelings on the rear bar?

there is no benefit at all from installing aftermarket rear upper and lower braces? The neuspeed ad text refers to the honda pieces as "thin, channeled aluminum" and the neuspeed pieces as "solid, thicker" (I paraphrase on both descriptions). Most assuredly some ad-hype, but if the aftermarket pieces are structurally more rigid, won't there be some benefit?
