Default Rear Speaker Sound

do the rear speaker systems that lucid sells really add all that much volume to the system, being as they fire right into the back of the seat? or is it more just "feeling" the bass?

Mine fill the car with sound. Even with the top down at highway speeds. I really recommend them. I have the 3 way kenwoods from Lucid.

Rear speakers really improve the sound.

Type in "rear speakers" into the search and see all the comments.

I added the Kenwood two way rear speakers and the Kenwood two way door speakers to my '02 OEM head unit and the sound is night and day compared to stock.

Lucid's Kenwood 3-ways. Stock head unit. I did change the doors out for nice component speakers as recommended by Lucid.

I can hear them decently at 70+ with the top down. I never have to turn them above 50% either top down or up until I start to get over 70 with the top down.

I'm thinking about adding the rears, but I think i'm going to go amp plus two component door speakers.

Is anyone running a 4 way amp to the rears and doors?
