Default Rear-ended by prison-tatted methed-out biker

Turning left from a 25 mph street, the biker behind me wasn't paying attention and rear-ended me this past Friday afternoon. He was almost the whole Harley biker package, with shaved head, prison tattoos up his neck and on his hands, wild-eyed darting eyes. He did have a stock '02 black Harley in great shape, so didn't fit the whole "father raper, mother stabber" profile. He desparately didn't want the cops involved, but did produce license, registration, and his wife come with the insurance info (wasn't with him on the bike). Was a bit paniced, but cooperative while waiting for the wife to bring insurance info.

I'll be going through his insurance for repairs (estimate is ~$1100 for taillight and a small bumper dent). I may take the insurance money and just replace the taillight assembly. My question: where's the best place to gut S2000 OEM parts online? I used to have a website saved where I could look at an OEM parts manual and order the parts from, but can't find it.

Buy a Harley, buy the best.
Ride a mile, walk the rest.

Again, just kidding

What? The estimate was $1100. I'm sure (unless he has a $1500 deductible) that he is using his insurance, who wouldn't?

I would've probably gotten a police report. This way, there are no worries of trying to make sure he tells his insurance co. it was his fault. Lets hope he sticks to his word and this will be a smooth issue. Good luck with the repairs.

Cause profiling makes the story more interesting.

Good luck with the repairs and next time I would have gone with the police report, unless you had gotten a written, and signed statement from him there. People are tricky sometimes
