Thanks Rick
I'm the winning bidder. After contacted the seller, This CAI only come with the pipes and the bypass, NO filter, No rubber hoses, NO bolts!!! for $150 shipped to my door, is that a good deal?
Why is this CAI look different from other member's AEM member i was looking at earlier
How many pipes does AEM CAI come with?

Without the rubber hose and hose clamps, you won't be able to attach it to the car. The bolt is no big deal -- you can get one at a hardware store. I don't recall the retail price, but without the missing parts, I'm not very confident that you got a good deal.

No, $150 used with all parts is a reasonable deal, as that's about what people are getting for them....you can find them new for around $210. By the time you add in the filter + S/H, bolts, etc., you'll be up to the price of a new one. I hate to tell you, but you were part of a bad deal.
I'm not sure why this thing would come with 3 pipes, unless the guy sliced one in half to make the install easier

OK, just looked at the pic, and it took me a few seconds to figure out what the guy did. Normally one would place the bypass valve between the standard two pieces, but this guy cut the upper pipe into two pieces to allow the bypass valve to be inserted way up high in the bay...whatever floats your boat, I guess.
