Sounds like BS...if u want a high hp NA engine look into the ASM engine, although not exactly the same engine they use in their race car (59 second Tsukuba), as they use many 1 off parts its a beast of an engine at 2.2 liters making 305 rwhp and 200 lbft of torque!

If u want a cheaper alternative look into building the engine yourself...would recommend looking into Toda parts:

2.4 liter stroker kit around $7500 or you can look into the dry sump kit for around $9500
