Home depot has a deal of the day thing. Most of them are on a cycle, every several weeks. One is an automotive deal and it has these and a few other things. It's been a few weeks since they had it, so it's probably coming up.

I bought an open box unit from the website a couple of months ago for $899. the 5K unit. Love it Try the website and see if they are still available. Could find no problems with the unit, just that the bax had been opened.

I think it sometimes goes down to $900. I bought one several months back because I have a narrow tandem garage that's shit for doing any maintenance but this is still sitting in its box because the garage is realistically still too narrow to make good use of it. It'll work on both my s2k and my M3 though so it will get plenty of use at some point.
