Try the "Under the Hood" section. I'm sure that someone over there can answer the question quickly. I just don't have that information on hand. However, the clutch life really depends on the driver. I have owned 2 S2000's and have never replaced a cutch. Other people can go through a clutch in 40,000 miles.

What is rear differential fluid? A fluid that coats and protects the gears in the diff

There are a few choices for diff fluid.

Many (like myself) like Mobil1 75w90 Gear Oil. It is available on the shelf at most Autozones/Kragen/Checker/Etc @ about $10. It is well proven and I like the fact that I can get it just about anywhere. I just don't like having to order fluids.

Some (with Forced Induction) like Lubrication Engineers LE 6015 - formerly LE 607. It is a bit heavier duty and a straight 90w. Not recommended for cold climates.

There are some others, like Redline 75w90 or Royal Purple but they are used less frequently. Either way you'll want to get a hand pump (like a soft-soap pump) from the parts store that attaches to the bottle. Our diff and tranny fill bolts are on the side of the case and difficult to fill without these handy an dinexpensive pumps.

Service interval in the owner's manual under the "severe schedule" is every 15k miles.

"i am actually looking for a S2000.

what's the average mileage to change transmission fluid? 30k

every 15000 mile requires to change air cleaner ? Yes for an OEM filter.

what's the mileage to change timing belt & water pump? We have a timing chain and you don't change it unless you have the motor cracked open and doing other work. Water pump is not on any service schedule. Replace it when it goes out.

What is rear differential fluid? See above post

what's the average lifetime of s2000's clutch? Subjective. Anywhere form 30k to over 100k. Depends on the driver and conditions under which the car is driven (track car/weekend cruiser).

thx.plz help me if u know any of them."

All of my service interval replies are from the owner's manual under the "severe schedule".

Air cleaner? What's this? Are you referring to the cabin filter?
