Default Question on shift boot

I just installed Voodoo shift knob. I want my shift boot to look like this:

But my shift boot keeps sagging down like this:

So, how do you keep the shift boot to stay in it's place so it touches the bottom of the shift knob?

Thanks

To the owner of the pictures: I hope you don't mind me using your pictures.

Inside the shift boot, there is a "wire tie" that keep that hole the size that it is. Remove the console, turn the boot inside out, pull the wire tie closed alittle more. That will do the job.

Or you could install one of our leather shift boots. That look much better and stay up as well.

You can us out Shift Boot installation doc to show you how to remove the console too. See http://www.ricks2k.com/info/installation.php

Thanks for the tip Stratocaster. I'll try the first method.

The leather shift boot from Rick's is worth getting. A bit of a pain to install, but I'm glad I have it.
