Question About Dealer
I haev something broken in the interior of my car which is the glovebox...The screw popped out that helped it in place cause I kept slamming it shut...Anyway will my warranty be voided if they see my FMIC? Can they make reasonable assumptions like that probably, but wondering cause if they do I am not going back there!

That would seriously be funny if they said "hmm, you have this problem with your storage compartment that we were going to fix, but then we noticed you're turbocharged. The excessive stress on your engine, clutch, and differential caused by the turbo obviously also caused your storage compartment to rattle loose. Therefore, we can't cover you under warranty!"
Haha, no, Wisconsin is right. However, your storage compartment might be one of the ONLY things that is still covered by your warranty... just about all other aspects of it will likely be voided.

you have an 05 and are still under manufacturers warranty. They cannot automatically void any part of your warranty on the spot for your mods. Each claim should be considered on an individual basis and as per the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act, the manufacturer will have to PROVE that your modifications have caused the parts failure.
Bottom line is, they cannot instantly penalize you, but you are giving them ammunition in which to deny future claims.

Examples:
- If you have a turbocharger and you have a transmission failure
- You have a differential failure with an aftermarket clutch
- You have a CAI and you get some type of engine failure
